Label, tag iPads, stickers on iPads,

STudents go through 4 sessions of digital citizenship, or come at night. or volunteers do set up of ipads and enable iPads.

Middle/Elem need more help. Don't let students sign in their own apple id.  Gave teachers one year to get use to them. Work flow, use Google . Policies, legal documents, ipad agreement, all take time to write.  what do you do if device gets lost or stolen. Lease for three years. 40 keyboards for iPads.  Use plug ins, teachers can sign out.

Parent Bootcamp  Policies, proceedures, cost to take home, or none to keep there.
Student Bootcamp, as well.

Apple care/broken or cracked screen.  Stolen or lost pay full replacement. could claim on their own insurance.  Treat tech like a textbook

Started 7th grade, now 7 - 12 Chromebooks. K-6 is iPad.  Spend a year to get started with teachers.  Schoology was a big help.

Expectations set:  by 4pm all teachers had to have things online. Teachers must do 54 hours PD.  10 hours are tech focused for, courses in 2 hour increments.  Teachers send in screen shots  of what teachers learn.  School has gurus to help and teacher, called  PUGS. ONE IT

Students push teachers to buck up to other teachers!!! Show value of working together.
